The ground floor benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows to the front and large windows to the side return. The space can be provided open plan ready for Tenants occupation. The basement is accessed via a stair to the front of the unit or the common stairs to the rear and can also be provided open plan. There is a kitchenette and private toilet in the basement.
