This building is a two-story converted pump factory, recently renovated and fully cabled, with male and female toilets, shower facilities, 2 tea & coffee points, storage, and parking. It has a full alarm and access system and each office is lockable. The building has central heating and all offices are air-conditioned. During 2012 we created 20 new glass offices to accommodate between 2 and 7 people and a newly appointed boardroom with fully integrated audiovisual facilities and seating for over 10 people. Tenants have their own designated space in our on-site car park.
Located in Ashford, Middlesex, close to all local amenities and adjacent to the mainline station, providing a direct link to Waterloo and central London. We are 3 miles from junction 13 of the M25 motorway network and only 10 minutes from Heathrow airport. The success of our current tenants and the healthy local economy can be attributed to a range of factors, not least of which is our proximity to Heathrow Airport, (one of the UK’s largest single-site employers) and Central London. The area also benefits from excellent communication and transport networks and a highly skilled workforce.
