The parade serves the surrounding residential areas of Hornsey, Crouch End, and Alexandra Palace is the thoroughfare between Muswell Hill and Turnpike Lane. The property is easily reached from both Hornsey Station (Thameslink Great Northern) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) and numerous bus routes serve the area.
