The premises are entranced from both Curtain Road and on Great Eastern Street with a further staff/delivery door on Gainsborough Street. The ground floor will be stripped out to an open-plan “shell“ ready for Tenant fit-out. The basement is currently reached via a shared stair and has a staff toilet. The existing use is like a sandwich bar / take away carvery, there is currently a Certificate of Lawful Use application being made for A5 use (which will therefore also permit A3). There will also be a planning application made to replace the current shopfront.
The premises are located on the prominent apex/corner of Great Eastern Street and Curtain Road (and Gainsborough Street), a prime location in the heart of Shoreditch and on the same stretch that includes Itsu, Pod, Pret and Eats with Apostrophe and Subway on the opposite parade.
