The offices available in this newly refurbished period building are comprised over five floors and are all fully furnished and fitted with air conditioning. The ground floor entrance provides a bright and airy reception from which access to all floors is granted through four 10 person passenger lifts. Workstations are available from 1 to 250 desks. Bike storage and lockers are also available onsite.
The center is positioned on the corner of Horseferry Road and Dean Bradley Street, just south of Smith Square and 50m from Lambeth Bridge. As well as the buses that pass along Millbank, the area is very well served with public transport, with Westminster (Jubilee, District and Circle Lines) and St James’s Park (District and Circle) being within five minutes walk, Victoria (Mainline, District and Circle and Victoria Lines) is a ten-minute walk to the west. Local amenities are excellent, with a wide range of sandwich bars, restaurants, and public houses within a few moment's walk, including Pret, Starbucks, and Itsu, as well as the less mainstream but high-quality offerings of Strutton Ground to the west.
